• On-Site Interpreters (In-Person)

• Video Remote Interpreters (VRI)

• Over-the-Phone Interpreters (OPI)

• American Sign Language (ASL) Interpreters

• Translators – Delivering accurate and culturally appropriate written translations across all languages.

Qualifications & Expectations

To ensure we maintain the highest professional standards, we require all interpreters and translators to meet industry requirements:

• Formal Training: Completion of recognized training programs (e.g., Bridging the Gap, ASL Interpreting Programs, Translation Studies).

• Certifications (when applicable): Such as CCHI, NBCMI, RID for interpreters, or ATA certification for translators.

• Professionalism & Ethics: Commitment to confidentiality, impartiality, and accuracy in every assignment.

• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in both the source and target languages.

Experience with medical, legal, or community interpretation/translation is highly valued.
